We are very excited to announce we will be back at the Summit Lodge for our 6th year!
Voted North America’s Most Unique Guest Experience at Haute Grandeur Awards 2016 and Canada’s Best Ski Boutique Hotel for the 3rd year in a row at the World Ski Awards, Summit Lodge is truly a gorgeous venue for our annual Takeover!
Summit Lodge, located by the marketplace, is a wonderful facility with beautifully appointed rooms, an outdoor hot tub and pool area plus one of the best brunch in Whistler at Elements Urban Tapas Parlour. The Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa is also on site, offering traditional Javanese spa treatments. In addition to Elements, there are a number of restaurants close by such as Sachi Sushi, Splitz Grill, Peaked Pies and Mount Currie Coffee Company.
We have 69 accommodation rooms available over 3 floors. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be all accommodation rooms while the 4th floor will have a mix of common/open play rooms, special theme rooms and accommodation rooms.
If you want to party all night, we recommend you request a room on the 4th Floor.
The 3rd Floor is not a party floor but it is a noisier floor.
If you prefer to get a good night’s sleep, we recommend you request a room on the 2nd Floor.
** Please note that there are NO King Studios and NO Executive Studios available on the 4th Floor. **
Of course, you can still attend the events if you decide to stay at a different hotel. Your Weekend Pass gives you access to the Summit Lodge plus all the daytime and evening events.

If you would like to stay at the Summit Lodge, you just need to book a Hotel Package, then add on anything else you want/need!
Hotel Package includes:
- ONE Weekend Pass
- 3-night stay in a Queen Studio/King Studio/Double Queen Studio/Executive Studio/1-Bedroom Suite
- 3-night Underground Parking Passes: $50 per pass (Vehicles must be under 6’8″ in height, and 18′ in length)
- 3-night Outdoor Lot Parking Passes: $40 per pass (Large trucks and overheight vehicles must park here)
- Extra Weekend Passes: Varied
- Early Check-in Pass (3pm check-in): $50 per room
- Extra Night Stay (Pre/Post Event): Varied
- Extra Person Fee: $25 per person per night
- Maximum Occupancy is FOUR people per room

All purchases are REFUNDABLE subject to the package being resold and a $100 administration fee
Credit for the full amount will be issued and can be used for any future events
